In CallGuide Agent Client settings menu choice a support function is opened where you can make setting affecting your CallGuide Agent.
For some functions more detailed setting options are only seen when the relevant check box is ticked.
Your personal settings apply even if you log in to CallGuide Agent on another computer.
Your CallGuide administrator can in CallGuide Admin adjust the same settings in for all agents, which may override your own settings. The description of the settings are collected in CallGuide Agent default settings
